Guarantee and Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us for a return authorization within 30 days for replacement, re-work, or refund (less shipping and any applicable taxes). Replacement, re-work, or refund is determined at our discretion, based on your needs and the problem you report. Returned items must be clean, properly packaged, and of a condition suitable for resale. Our Satisfaction Guarantee is over and above any warranty provided by the manufacturer.
Please be aware that the shipping and handling fee's will be deducted from the amount of your credit. If the return is due to an error on our part, we'll be happy to refund any associated shipping fees. But if you choose to return an item because it's not what you expected or you prefer a different color, shipping fees will not be refunded.
Low Price Guarantee
Our low price guarantee is simple! If you find a lower price offered by one of our competitors, we will match the price of that item within 30 days of purchase. The materials used must include the highest quality materials equivalent to WeatherMax80, PTFE thread, YKK #10 zippers, UV flaps on main, and mainsail cover with a collar.

How do I take advantage of the Low Price Guarantee?
Just call or e-mail.
The limited warranty
covers only the fabric being unserviceable because of loss of strength
and/or color from normal conditions of exposure. That includes sunlight,
mildew and atmospheric chemicals. Labor and Installation supplied by
the fabricator and/or installer are not covered. The consumer is
responsible for normal care, cleaning and maintenance of the fabric. The
limited warranty runs for 5 years from the date of original purchase.
International Shipping
Follow the online checkout process to view the exact amount of shipping charge for your order. This amount does not include any customs, duties, and brokerage fees. Charges will not be made to your credit card untill you confirm your entire order at the end of the online checkout process. Please check with the destination country's local import/export compliance and policies to best estimate if there are any. potential additional shipping times or duties due the local governments that are outside of our control.
