Product Overview

Developed to fill the need for a fabric that will retain its color and strength in severe outdoor exposure yet still provide a beautiful, rich appearance that today's fabricator expects. Weathermax solves the sagging, wetting, extreme heat problems associated with acrylics and polyester fabric wtih an acrylic coating. Made of SaturaMax  a unique family of solution dyed yarns, Weathermax offers superior color consistency, excellent light fast characteristics and is bleach cleanable. The extremely water repellent HydroMax finish gives WeatherMax its ability to protect against heavy rain while retaining breathability and dimensional stability. An anti-microbial component is added to the finish to prevent mildew growth on the fabric. Best price online

Posted by Unknown on 19th Jan 2016

Lee Sail Covers had the best price I could find for Weathermax80, cheaper than Sunbrella or any other outdoor material I looked at (even shipped to Canada). Shipped very promptly. Sews great, was able to cut and seal it with a soldering iron and flat tip. Highly recommended.

WeatherMax 80 cloth for my sailboat cabintop cover project

Posted by Larry Fisher on 21st Dec 2015

I purchase this cloth in order to make a cabin top cover for my Precision 23 sailboat. The cloth is easy to sew on my home sewing machine, and has a good weight for cover use. The color (captain navy) matched my existing sail cover color. Comes in 60 inch width, at a very affordable price.
