Winch Cover

I order seven winch covers in three different sizes for my 1986 Newport 30. I had just rebuilt all and wanted them protected. all arrived with in about a week after order and fit fine. They fit a bit larger that than photos might indicate. Really like the snug fit around the top of the winches, including self tailing housing.

I received the wench cover quickly. I tried to link onto the review above but it only took me to new sales So I would like to say I am always very pleased with the Quality and Craftsmanship of your handmade products. I received the recent purchased cover very quickly. I asked for an extra loop on the cover and sure enough it was added and works perfectly. I have purchased several covers for our boats and have asked for "extra tailoring" and sure enough Lee Covers delivers. I would highly recommend this company even above some of my local canvass companies as Lee delivers great almost custom products quickly and at very reasonable prices. Thanks for a great job! Ordered 3 winch covers, have used them for a week, they look good and so far they've stayed on even through a blow. Impressed with the variety off colour choices. They also have the added advantage of looking great as a chef's hat!

This is a great winch cover. It fits well and is good quality canvas. I would have given 5 stars except that the inner liner with elastic cord that tightens over the winch to hold it in place was too small/short to go over the top of my winch. Once I removed the cord and threaded a new, longer cord through the seam provided, it fits snugly and looks great. I suggest that future covers come with a longer cord that is not tied tightly so that the purchaser can cut and tie it to fit the winch.

Wow, like everything I have bought from LeeSails the covers where outstanding and delivered in 3 day. Right out of the box they looked great, well stitched and fit the Lewmar 30's with self tailing very well. The shock cord was a bit snug but there was plenty to let it out a bit to fit right. I also love the Sail Bag you made for me, it looks great has held up well and is one of the first things other sailors comment on (Hey where did you get that and how much was it ~$300 custom made), then they want the name of the builder. There are other bag in my marina but none look as good or have held up as well. I ran a continuous loop on a pair of pulley for the zipper and I just pull one line and the bag opens and after connecting the tail end of the zipper Just pull that line and sail is back in the bag!

I recently ordered new winch covers for my boat and was pleased with how quick they arrived and the quality of the product. I was a concerned that there may be a loose fit when ordering but the design makes it look like it was custom designed for the winches. Very happy.
